Flora

The reserve encompasses 15 diverse habitats and harbors 429 floral species, reflecting its rich biodiversity. Among these, 148 species have significant uses, including 36 species supporting agrobiodiversity, 44 species with medicinal properties, 13 edible species, and 15 species valued for both their edible and medicinal benefits.

Avifauna

The reserve hosts 95 bird species, playing a crucial role in maintaining ecological balance. Among them, the region supports six globally threatened species, highlighting its significance for conservation efforts. Additionally, it is home to one near-threatened species, further emphasizing the importance of habitat protection and biodiversity preservation in this vital ecosystem.

Herpetofauna

The reserve is home to nine species of herpetofauna, including one amphibian and eight reptile species, contributing to the area's ecological diversity. Additionally, it shelters five species of insectivorous bats, which play a key role in controlling insect populations. The rich insect biodiversity is evident with 123 recorded species of insects, further supporting the food web and ecological balance within the reserve.
